Merlin is a legendary figure best known as the wizard featured in the Arthurian legend. The name "Merlin" derives from the Welsh Myrddin, the name of the bard Myrddin Wyllt, one of the chief sources for the later legendary figure.
A historian claims Merlin lived in what is now Ardery Street in Glasgow's west-end, with his wife Gwendolin. Merlin may have been a politician and scholar rather than a magician, and is buried near Dunipace, just south of Stirling

Merlin was a powerful warlock and had no children. He was the cousin to Marvin and also to Aggie Cromwell and the Piper family. He created Merlin's Talisman and Code of Merlin. Merlin was also real secret of his creations. Never letting anyone know beforehand, other than Marvin. Usually, he never was around when he was alive when Aggie Cromwell was around 1-2 years old.
